Servicing BNPL requires an army of agents chasing shoppers. Human agents are not cost-effective, difficult to scale, and not always compliant with regulations.

The solution is to replace human agents with LLM bots capable of holding conversations with shoppers across multiple communication channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, and Email.  When compared to agents, bots are more cost-effective, easier to scale, and compliant with regulations.
